Wednesday, May 12, 2021 - Soft tannins and balanced acidity make way for layers of blackberry, dried fig, plums, cocoa, mint and cedar. Nice wine with a long enjoyable finish. I'm surprised it's held up this long in the cellar, but it really has improved with age.
