Sunday, January 11, 2009 - Disgorged 20 Nov, 2007. Baked apple, toffee and saffron nose. Clearly oxidative. On the palate, rich and luxurious but still very precise with bright, citric acidity. There's a granitic minerality that evolves into a dense chalky finish. This was a little disjointed at first, took about an hour before it really started to show.
