Saturday, May 22, 2021 - This was delicious. Dark red. Opened up nicely after half an hour. Berry notes and raisin, giving way to notes of vanilla and chalk. Drank with Anders and Mayu with wagyu. Had a bit of an accident with the cork but salvaged it!
