Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - One of those charming pinot's. I've tasted british ones before which I thought might be a tad puny, but not Gusbourne. Nice fresh cherry fruit together with some faint dark chocolate notes. Silky small tannins and lush fruit character on palate. Little development already so I wont keep them for ten years, maybe three. Perfect match to your chicken leg
