Tuesday, January 13, 2009 - This bottle was truly fantasic. Strong saddle/horse, spice box, lovely fruit, a hint of brett and varnish. Totally resolved tannins and sprectacular smoothness and intensity. Tasted next to the Las Cases 1983 - which didn't have a chance tonight.
