Tuesday, December 27, 2005 - Still may need to sit a bit. Tannins hang around for the long haul. One hour later it had mellowed, but still needed to heed somewhat. I love a big tannin, so if you're looking for smooth and silky, stay away. Otherwise, hit it and enjoy! It's good now and will likely be better later.
