Sunday, May 30, 2021 - Absolutely fantastic bottle of an almost impossibly light auslese. Bursting with energy and mouth coating lime, wet slate, piquant peach, and Asian pear. The irresistible quality to this wine is hard to quantify. There is so much here, but the key will be to hide them away so that I don't drink them all young!
