Friday, June 4, 2021 - Crazy purity, intense cherry, strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb, violets, cinnamon, clove, cedar, ham, incredible precise and pure with a velvety mouthfeel. This is one of the best Syrah’s I’ve had from Washington, it’s open out of the gate but got better with a few hours of air. Amazing.
