Sunday, June 6, 2021 - Double decant. Consumed over 5 hours. Core or sweet red and blue fruit. Floral and peppery notes. Saline and funk is there but it’s subtle and classy. Quite possibly the best rocks syrah I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly rounded with no harsh edges. An absolutely gorgeous effort from force majeure.
