Wednesday, January 14, 2009 - Tasted blind – Opened and served right away. Medium straw at the core moving to a moderately thick water-white rim, clear throughout. Lighter developed nose of baked apple, dried peaches and coconut. Flavours of stale spice, vanilla, tropical fruits and nuts. Very different flavour profile, creamy. Medium body, medium acidity, short to medium finish. Not that enjoyable but soundly made. Drink now. Average.
