Tuesday, June 8, 2021 - For 20 years old this is still incredibly youthful. Still quite a bit of tannins, but nicely integrated. Pencil shavings, cigar box, sour cherries. Went well with my steak. Can’t wait to see how my 2016’s develop over time.
