Sunday, June 13, 2021 - I was anxious, given the last couple tasting notes. Immediate and hypnotizing nose reflectting that unique (at least to me) patch of the vineyard. Needed about three hours in a decanter - befoore that it felt a little off balance with the alcohol up front. But then it resolved. Went insanely well with pizza, stood up to the acidity of the sauce. On the other hand, with brussels sprouts it tasted like a chemistry experiment, so I'd advise against that pairing. Has time left, definitely.
