Thursday, June 17, 2021 - Pleasantly surprised by full carbonation. Nutty and earthy aromatics. Lots of lees and brioche. Pallet was fizzy but broad and slick textured. Lots of malic /green apple acidity. Tropical citrus flavors. creme fraiche. Tension. Still plenty of life left if bottle was stored properly.
