Tuesday, June 22, 2021 - These are drinking excellently right now and there is definitely more upside to come. Creamy, rich, textured, dense, and has good acid and citrus to tie it together nicely. Wonderful brioche and toast. Fresh and clean, good tension, but overall still open, warm, and inviting. 93 - 94.
