Friday, July 2, 2021 - Dark ruby in colour with aromas of sweet black fruit & somewhat floral.
On the palate, full bodied & fruit forward black fruit, blackberry/cassis, oak as cedar, slightly earthy with high acidity & high soft tannins. The finish is long to sour berries & a chalky minerality. And even though this wine is not particularly complex, it is balanced & the flavour is pleasant. And the bottle is very cool too!
