Sunday, July 4, 2021 - Bright lear medium yellow. Nose with honey, some lemon and apricot. Medium to full mouth feel with smooth, almost oil-like texture. Still with some acid and freshness and beautiful long finish. Mineral and complex on palate. Mature but not declined. One bottle to go!
