Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - Very pale straw, not quite crystal clear
12.5% alcohol
Beautiful perfume, roses, peaches, lemons
Off-dry, pleasant residual sugar, not sweet or dessert wine
Acid medium, would be perfect with a touch more acidity IMO
No phenolic bite
Keeps well for ~3d in the fridge, then starts to decline
One of the best Gewurztraminer I have had
