Sunday, July 11, 2021 - Straw with just a hint of green at rim. Bubbles clearly noted Days 1 & 2; then began to fade. Fast legs. Aromas are citrus fruit dominant: lemon & lime most prominent, hint of grapefruit. Faint melon and pineapple emerged over time. Light body, juicy texture. Brief finish, medium plus acidity. Impression: varietally correct, pleasant chilled summer party wine. Don't take the wine seriously; just pop and pour. At $5, QPR is above average. Several non-geek partygoers tasted and enjoyed so the wine with me. That's good enough. Drink now.
