Saturday, July 17, 2021 - Better on day 2 and not too cold as noted below. I'm not entirely sold on Carricante, which is once again found in a well crafted, versatile wine that I found intriguing, if subtle, but not compelling. Sea-breezy lemons, minerals, straw, unripe melon.
