Wednesday, July 21, 2021 - Cherry and leather on the nose. Dark purple colour. Slow legs. Cedar on the initial mouthful, vanilla, mushroom, maraschino cherry predominant, dark chocolate and fennel root. Refreshing and oaky long finish. Best with air. Stronger tannins suggest medium term cellaring proposition.
