Wednesday, July 21, 2021 - Seemed much better than the first bottle I had; maybe the food pairing? The nose was delightful with fresh fruit, predominately citrus. The body was medium with a delightful acidity. Lemon and grapefruit flavors were pronounced. The finish was medium to long. It was perfect with grilled chicken breast and a pasta with homemade pesto (love that plentiful summer basil!). Already ordered another half case!
