Sunday, August 1, 2021 - Had with grilled lobster. Still at its peak if cellared properly from youth. Wonderful rich nose. Silky and elegant. Rich with butter and hints of fruit. Let warm up to approx 62 degrees to get more of the complex notes etc. Still has a few years left.
