Friday, August 6, 2021 - Went to a Vosne Romanee Grand Cru tasting today. We had multiple bottles of LeRoy, DRC, Cros P and others. This was my back up to a 1999 DRC Echezeaux. Fortunately did not need to open the Arnoux as the DRC was in great shape.

Once I got home I got a little excited and opened this bottle. It is actually just great and true to RSV, very light and feminine with a beautiful expansive nose of strawberry fuzz and great depth. Would have competed well against the big hitters today. Wow.
