Saturday, August 7, 2021 - A very good wine, but I think it’s still too early to drink. Decanted for 2 hours, it either needed another 2-3 hours or don’t cork another bottle until 2024. Bold floral aromas with cedar, plums and blackberries. Not a of licorice and black cherries on the palate with a firm tannins (maybe too firm for my liking). Definitely has potential for high 90s in the future.
