Monday, January 26, 2009 - upon opening very acidic, decanted for 5-6 hrs. Nose of cherries and hay. palate of sour cherries, beautiful wine. very acidic, but enjoyable w/food. Had w/ Beef burgundy. 2nd night, not that acidic, and enjoyable on its own.
