Thursday, August 19, 2021 - Def improving and will sit on remaining bottles for a couple years. Big meaty sous bois, flint, smoke, black cherry pie, whiffs of woodsy vanilla, charred bacon fat. It's big for a pinot, voluptuous.
Tannis are tiny grained and silky but perhaps not as present as I'd like, so maybe I'll hold for a year and drink up within 3.
