Thursday, August 19, 2021 - First bottle of S-F Felseneck GG that acctually feels like it’s properly mature and doesn’t need any more time in the cellar. Lots of lemon, but ripe and rounded. More lemon pie than the acctual fruit. Some apples, hints of pear and melon. High acidity of course, but tempered by the round and soft fruit. Good lenght. Lacking some in complexity.

First bottle of this vintage for me. Either this is a slightly prematurely advanced bottle or this vintage is softer than most.
