Saturday, August 21, 2021 - Oh my what a wine! Deep ruby color, looong legs (17% alcohol). Raisin, fig, a hint of iron on the nose. Very complex palate - figs, dates, and plums on the palate, with some tertiary notes of leather forming together with balsamic eucalyptus minerally notes. The lively acidity keeps this all together in what is an incredible wine!
