Tuesday, August 24, 2021 - Bottle #2 of the case about 5 years after the first. Tannins are fully resolved. The wine is lighter in color and weight than before. More herbal and vegetal than the last one - no fruit to speak of. I’m not getting meaty or leather tertiary type notes with this bottle. Maybe this will come with time.
