Sunday, August 29, 2021 - Very light straw resembling a SB. Delivers notes of honey, white flowers, stone fruits, pear, and fall spices/nutmeg on nose. Charred tart pineapple, citrus zest, and some greenish herbs on the crisp palate with decent length on the juicy, slightly hot finish, maybe even some white pepper there? Label notes mandarin orange (yes) and ginger (maybe). Overall well balanced with some complexity at a very reasonable price point.
