Friday, September 3, 2021 - Consistent with prior and subsequent vintages (2017 & 2019). Good spice on the nose and palate. Slightly drier style, as expected. Full mouthfeel and medium length compared to a typical riesling. Paired very well with Thai food (masaman curry, ginger fried rice).
