Saturday, September 4, 2021 - My third bottle, last tasted in 2017. Still showing a Dark and youthful color. Nose shows prominent herbal, cool mint and vegetable notes with hints ash and lead. A taught front palate shows, touches of cherry herring, more herb, cigar box, some rosemary and sage. Tannins are still showing. The mid palate drops off quickly, with a limited finish at this stage. High quality and aromatic nose with a weaker palate. Still have a few bottles, will revisit in 2/3 years.
