Sunday, September 5, 2021 - An array of tropical fruit on the nose and palate. The anchor fruit is maybe guava or mango, it is hard to place. An ideal mix of sweetness and acidity that makes for a very drinkable wine. This is missing any hints of complexity though and I don’t see much upside to holding onto bottles for age. A highly versatile food wine which should be drank and enjoyed at face value. Not something I would drink over an evening while contemplating it’s nuances.
