Friday, October 1, 2021 - Opened for 3 hours. Color is deep garnet. On the nose: Violets, cassis , blood, smoke and pepper. On the palate: Cassis, violets, pepper, smoke and beef blood. This is very young and very good. Great mouthfeel and elegance. It’s silky smooth. If you can find a bottle this is a great way to experience Cornas. I know the production on this is very small. I think this will be magnificent in 5 - 10 years.
