Saturday, October 2, 2021 - Color is light ruby. Nose is some light soy, vanilla with a little floral. Fairly high acid, tannins in the mid palate. Palate is red cherries, some vanilla with a hint of floral and residual sweetness. Drinking well bUt will likely evolve further.
