Tuesday, October 5, 2021 - First, mango! Tons of mango in nose and palate. Second, looong finish and aftertaste lasting for a while minute. Third, the sweetness is fresh and untiring. Good amount of acid complemented the sweetness. Other aroma are apple, peach and pineapple. So complex. Color is deep gold yellow. Best Prum Auslese I had so far.
