Thursday, October 7, 2021 - Not too sweet. Not too bitter or acidic. Excellent balance.
Lots of flavor and structure - We drank as an aperitif but would stand up to many lighter foods - thinking prosciutto and melon, even bacon wrapped dates...probably shrimp (I'm allergic - so I don't really know! LOL)
Simply, one of the best, if not the best, Rose' we've ever had!
