Saturday, October 9, 2021 - Agree with Texasbob almost entirely. Chalky on the palate. Sour red cherries. Waiting for the evolution, tomorrow will tell a lot. Not sure it has the chops for another ten years though. A blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. I suspect it is heavily weighted to the first two varietals.
