Sunday, October 10, 2021 - I don’t think I like orange wines. I'm pretty sure I don’t like white wine served warm. I loved this though! Extraordinary glass that paired amazingly with braised octopus and aioli. There’s a ferrous undertow, and a tannic grip that complement the linear white grape characteristics and the slightly warmer serving allowed the subtle aromas to fully come through on the nose. I need to try more from this producer!
