Sunday, October 10, 2021 - Good trial in new world winemaking using dried grape. Dark ruby colour. Fruity red berry, blackberry and cherry at nose and palate. Quite dominant with Malbec character. Straight forward and big fruity new world style. I couldn't detect much character of dried grapes. It lacked of the hints of raisin and rustic tannin like ordinary Italian Amarone so don't try to compare it with Amarone. It's totally different style. It's quite easy drinking. Great to pair with meat. Drink well pop and pour. Easy to serve. No need to age. Drink now.
