Tuesday, October 12, 2021 - Even bigger than my previous bottle - so not quite as enjoyable to me. Also, more candied cherry, and less earthy notes. Saved 1/2 a bottle for the day after. Will add a PS if it changes.
PS: Nicer on day 2. Darker cherries, less syrupy, more balanced.
