Saturday, October 16, 2021 - Color: medium ruby with purple
Nose: creamy and milky. Very nice black fruit in the vein of dark cherry and plum, fresh. Carmel but not barrel tasting at all
Palate: very high acidity, no tannin. Medium body, forward and aggressive, needs food to shine. Beautiful ,honest palate.
Finish: medium

Just a glass of straightforward vinous wine. Beautiful experience with pizza
