Tuesday, October 19, 2021 - Beautiful crisp fall weather in Great Falls enjoying a fun afternoon bottling Daisy’s Strawberry wine, watching our Cowboys and dining on Megan’s decadent gumbo. The 2019 Caterwaul Napa Cabernet Sauvignon was like an overtime Cowboys touchdown on the palate with an explosion of concentrated cassis, black currant and blueberry with the addition of some coconut, graphite and cedar. Rich and sweet but not quite jammy. Balanced as the cowboys offense but lacks a single penalty. An amazing QPR for Napa. -DD94
