Friday, October 22, 2021 - Drank from well-stored magnums. Open an hour before and a quick decant before pouring—the nose of cherries, pomegranate, fresh herbs, and spices. A full full-bodied, and complex finish goes exceptionally well with hipster Chinese food from Red Farm in NYC. Excellent!
