Sunday, October 24, 2021 - Part of huge extravagant dinner. Had this with the main of osso buco, and Chantrell risotto. After an 06 barbaresco, had this which sang with multiple layers of fruit and chocolate, long finish, then had ‘14 la Stella expressivo. Appies were local albacore sashimi and smoked sockeye with Perrier jouet grand brut, and a fois gras and chantrell crostini with 2015 sauternes (chateau armajan des ormes). Desert of French cheeses with a blackberry port and capped with the last of a bottle of 1960 marcel trépointe armagnac. What a night!!
