Monday, November 1, 2021 - A vigorous, aggressive bead of bubbles upon opening, though the quality of the material does come out readily; Creamy, slightly lactic nose of more red skin apple that works well with lively acidity and bubbles. Medium+ to full-bodied, showing a bit of petrichor character as this warms up. Long powerful and lively today and needs some time to settle down. 92-93.
