Friday, November 5, 2021 - One of the first Pyrus under screw cap, this took years to open up but at 15 years of age it has now fully moved from the youthful (slightly green) phase into the secondary stage with very smooth tannins, lush fruit and subtle acid. Typical Coonawarra Eucalypt/light mint and a touch of chopped tobacco/cigar box. A delight to drink and should continue to evolve for another 5 years plus. 93.
