Saturday, September 25, 2021 - Light straw appearance. Restrained nose. Fruit forward at this early stage - lime, lemon curd, some peach and subtle notes of struck match, butter and minerality there. Nice complexity.

Medium bodied palate. Has a nice backbone of acidity to carry it. Dry style. Long lingering finish. Give it more time.
