Friday, November 12, 2021 - Decanted for an hour. A forgotten bottle in the corner of the cellar, I thought it would be done for. But no! It’s in great shape, lots of crunchy red berries, cherry, with nice lilac on the nose. High acidity, some tannins, very good with food. Still alive!
