Tuesday, November 16, 2021 - Interesting! Not our kind of wine, but paired with an Asian tuna dish this went well. It has a slightly astringent quality (bottle notes suggest nettle, we wondered about dandelion) and a good balance between refreshing acidity and creaminess. Some lime but not too overpowering which we appreciated. Certainly worth trying but we're reluctant to rate it, certainly very good category; we'd normally choose other options but this made an interesting change.
